The Bizz Innovation Group provides interactive sessions varying from 0.5 day session to more intensive sessions of a couple of days. We have workshops on Granularity of innovation, New Business Development and Effectuation but we can also conduct a custom-made workshop on other related innovation topics, addressing your specific needs.
The philosophy behind our approach is characterized by “learning-by-doing” and ‘’action learning’’, ie the sessions are highly participatory, collaborative and interactive, using many examples. Our workshops and seminars not only provide a toolbox to the participants but also give them the opportunities to start applying them to the tasks at hand. Therefore workshops and seminars are most effective when given to family groups, creating peer learning and a common language.
